The App or the website do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. biometric, health, or financial details) unless entered manually by the user.

Manage construction, quotation, and project records
Send essential notifications (e.g. updates or password resets)
Improve reliability and add new features
All account and project data are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage (Supabase / PostgreSQL).
We implement HTTPS encryption, password protection, and limited internal access to prevent unauthorised use. We do not transfer user data outside of the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (EEA) unless adequate protections are in place
We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing.

Users may:
Request a copy of their stored data
Request correction or deletion of data
Withdraw consent or close their account

The App and the website is intended for business users over 16 years of age and not directed at children.
