By downloading, accessing, or using the App and the website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the website.

Purpose of the App and the website

Keatts Group Ltd is designed for construction and property professionals to manage quotations, projects, clients, materials, and related data securely in the cloud.

The App is intended for business use only (users aged 16+).

Accounts and Access

To use the App’s features, you may need to register for an account.

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Keatts Group Ltd is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from failure to protect your credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the system.

Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial.
After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription (£12.99 per month, billed via Google Play once enabled).

Failure to renew or cancel before the end of the trial will result in suspension of premium features.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload offensive, misleading, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App or its code.
• Share access credentials with unauthorised users.

Data and Privacy

Your data is stored securely using encrypted cloud storage (Supabase / PostgreSQL).
We process limited personal information to provide login access, project storage, and feature functionality.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Keatts Group CRM are the property of Keatts Group Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.
Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

Keatts Group Ltd will not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from such interruptions.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Payment is not received.
• The App is discontinued or modified.

Liability Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
While we take reasonable measures to ensure accuracy and reliability, Keatts Group Ltd does not guarantee error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keatts Group Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
